He completed his primary and secondary education at Bursa 1. Murat Primary School, his secondary education at Bursa Gazi Anatolian High School and his law degree at Istanbul Kültür University Faculty of Law in 2018.

In the same year he founded YSG Law and Consultancy in Nilüfer, Bursa, where he has practised as founding attorney ever since. Since its establishment the firm has provided private and corporate clients with qualified legal advice as well as litigation and enforcement services from its management office in Bursa.

Reinforcing his dynamic and solution-oriented approach with continuing professional qualifications, he has successfully completed, in addition to his law degree, the Specialist Training in Party Representation in Arbitration, the Advanced Calculation Training, the Actuarial Training and the Expert Witness Training programmes.

Having graduated from Yalova University Faculty of Law in 2025, Attorney Berat Deniz joined YSG Law and Consultancy shortly after completing his studies. With a working discipline that combines academic depth with practice, he is an active member of the firm's team.

Continuously developing his legal expertise in line with current needs, Attorney Berat Deniz is pursuing a master's degree in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law at Hacettepe University. Concentrating his practice on enforcement and insolvency proceedings together with insurance matters, he provides clients with innovative, diligent and result-oriented legal support in the effective collection of receivables, insurance compensation disputes, the legal processes brought about by digital transformation and the protection of intellectual property rights.

Having graduated from Istanbul Beykent University Faculty of Law in 2025, Attorney Zülal Öykü Güler joined the team of YSG Law and Consultancy immediately after completing her studies. Bringing together an innovative legal approach, a dynamic discipline and a solid academic foundation with practical work, she carries out her professional activity within the firm.

Working meticulously on the legal processes handled for clients with a young and inquisitive outlook, Attorney Zülal Öykü Güler provides services under the roof of YSG Law and Consultancy with the mission of producing reliable and effective solutions in various fields of law, above all criminal law, family law and the law of obligations.
